Refund/Exchanges

• We do not offer cash/card refunds, but do offer store credit. 
• If you return an item purchased with Sezzle or ShopPay, we will give you store credit.
• We do not return or cancel Sezzle orders. You will still be responsible for paying your Sezzle payments.

Online Orders

• Returns are only allowed if the items are postmarked for return within 3 days of you receiving them.
• Must be in new condition, tags intact, no odors, stains, etc. No returns will be accepted if the item(s) has/have been worn or washed. All returns (shipping & local pick-up) should have the packing slip or they will not be processed. 
• To make it easy, once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue an account (store) credit to be used on your next purchase. 

In Store Purchases

• We allow 7 days for return/exchange. 
• Please note our store hours and contact us if you can not make it by prior to the 7th day as we are only open THUR, FRI, SAT.

What items can't be returned? 

All SALE (discounted) items, Custom/Personalized Items, Holiday items, Jewelry, Customized Items, Preorders, Bath & Body Products, Skinny Syrups are FINAL SALE- no return or exchange.

Are returns free?

• Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
• If you are returning an order over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service as we can not guarantee we will receive your returned items.
• Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days to process your return for store credit. 
• When we have processed your return, we will send a notification to the email address on file.

• Our 7 day return policy remains the same for online orders that chose Local Pickup.
• You have 7 days from the day you pick up to make a return.
• *If your order is not picked up within 1 week, the return period will then become VOID!
