Important Information

There are two different types of sales that we offer:
1. Preorders

2. Ready to ship

Preorders are a limited time offer. Preorders are great because we can pass savings on to you and make sure we have your size in our order when we send it to the production team. Preorders go into production at closing and arrive 2-14 weeks later. Once we receive them, they are inspected and packaged up for delivery. At that time, you will receive tracking information for your delivery. Preorders will always have an estimated time of arrival and closing date. Keep in mind ETAs are just that, an estimate. We try our best to estimate correctly, but sometimes production takes longer than expected. No refunds will be given based off ETAs. ETAs also mean arrival to PRB, not customers. Depending on the size of the order, it could take 5-7 business days to ship all items.


Ready to ship is items that we have in hand at our store. They will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Our ready to ship inventory is located here on our website.



Ready to ship and preorder items should NOT be combined. If they are combined, your order will not ship until all items on the invoice have arrived. We can only print one label per order.  Preorders with the same PO# CAN be combined, however please do not combine different PO#s or with in-stock items.  You may check out separately for these.

In stock orders ship within 3-5 business days.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is fulfilled and you can login to your customer account to view this information as well.  We also offer text alerts and you can choose to opt in at checkout.

Pink Rubies Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or delivered to the wrong address by the USPS.  We offer Route Shipping Insurance and it is available to add to any order.  You may choose this option at checkout.  

Free Local Pickup is available at our store in Alexandria, AL anytime during business hours.  Please check our Facebook Page for hours.
Orders must be picked up within two weeks of fulfillment or the customer will be billed for shipping. After 30 days, the item will be returned to stock and no refund provided. 



All sales are final. We do not refund for sizing or other similar issues. We do not refund for delays in arrival. We will only accept a return (refund or exchange) for an item that is RECEIVED by you as is wrong or damaged. This claim must be submitted to us within 3 business days from receiving item.

Please attach any necessary photos and information.
The item must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
